ATutor
ATutor is the first fully inclusive LCMS, complying with the W3C WCAG 1.0 accessibility specifications at the AA+ level, allowing access to all potential learners, instructors, and administrators, including those with disabilities who may be accessing the system using assistive technologies. Conformance with W3C XHTML 1.0 specifications ensures that ATutor is presented consistently in any standards compliant technology.
ATutor has also adopted the IMS/SCORM Content Packaging specifications, allowing content developers to create reusable content that can be swapped between different e-learning systems. Content created in other IMS or SCORM comformant systems can be imported into ATutor, and visa versa. ATutor also includes a SCORM 1.2 Runtime Environment (LMS RTE3) for playing and managing SCORM based Sharable Content Objects (SCOs)

Claroline
Claroline is a free application based on PHP/MySQL allowing teachers or education organizations to create and administrate courses through the web.
Developed from teachers to teachers, Claroline is built over sound pedagogical principles allowing a large variety of pedagogical setup including widening of traditional classroom and online collaborative learning.
Claroline is translated in 34 languages and used by hundreds of institutions around the world. The software is released under Open Source licence (GPL). Downloading and using Claroline is completely free of charge.

Dokeos
Dokeos is an Open Source elearning and course management web application translated in 34 languages and helping more than 1.000 organisations worldwide to manage learning and collaboration activities.

DrupalEd
This site can be used as an informal learning site where all users have comparable permissions, or as a more hierarchical learning environment with students, teachers, classes, and working groups.
Some of the functionality within this site includes:
• a personal workspace;
• a group workspace;
• the ability for site members to create informal working groups;
• the ability to create formal class spaces;
• a podcasting platform;
• a WYSIWYG text editor;
• wiki functionality;
• personal and class blogs;
• rss feeds for the entire site, individual courses, individual terms, and individual users;
• personal image galleries;
• personal file repositories;
• the ability to create private, invitation-only groups;
• social bookmarking, with searching within bookmark descriptions;
• spam protection;
• assignment calendars by course;

eFront
eFront is an easy to use, visually attractive, SCORM compatible, eLearning and Human Capital Development system. It is suitable for both company and educational usage. The core eFront system is offered as open-source software so you can download and start using it immediately. Check the functionality matrix for different eFront editions.

Interact
Interact is an open source Learning Community Environment. It could also be called an LMS (Learning Managment System), a CMS (Course Management System), or a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment).
It is flexible enough to be used for building online communities or communities of practice in any environment, not just education.

Moodle
Moodle is a course management system (CMS) - a free, Open Source software package designed using sound pedagogical principles, to help educators create effective online learning communities. You can download and use it on any computer you have handy (including webhosts), yet it can scale from a single-teacher site to a 40,000-student University.

SyndeoCms
SyndeoCMS, a fork of Site@school, is a Content Management System (CMS) to manage and maintain the website of a primary schools, but it can also be a very usefull CMS for small companies or non profit organizations.
It is Open Source Software (that means free to use), licensed under the General Public license.
SyndeoCMS main features are:
• You can manage a website without technical knowledge.
• Editor with a high "Word look and feel" rate.
• Pupils and teachers can have personal pages on the website. Teachers can check pupil pages before publication.
• Project pages for pupils and teachers.
• An intranet for teachers which is not accessible by the public.

I get tips from a friend several years ago. Maybe this can help comrade that need. Log in to appear after the DOS mode DOS prompt c: \> type DEBUG like this

On the monitor screen will look like under the c: \> DEBUG

71-o ff
-Q

Q typing after you exit from the debugging indicates that you have done. Then restart your computer, press DEL and you always have been able to enter the BIOS.
